    Identifying harmful self-worth stories tied to roles or external validation, highlighting the need to rebuild value from within.


    By the end of this session, you will:
    Spot the roles or people you’ve depended on to define your self-worth. Identify the habits that keep you stuck in old patterns of validation. Feel the relief of knowing your value comes from within, not outside.
  • MODULE 3: Emotional Release & Safety

    Releasing suppressed emotions and creating a safe space for vulnerability using creative expression and gentle energy practices.


    In this module, you will:
    Access and express the emotions you’ve been suppressing since your loss. Practice techniques to safely release emotional tension without overwhelm. Feel the freedom of letting emotions move through you instead of staying stuck.
  • MODULE 4: Honoring Sacred Stories

    Acknowledging the past through thoughtful storytelling, while creating space for new meaning and direction.


    This module will guide you to:
    Name the stories you’ve carried about who you’re supposed to be. Rewrite the meaning of those stories to better serve your future. Walk forward carrying the lessons of your past, not the weight of it.

    Reconnecting with the body and building resilience by integrating somatic awareness and calming practices.


    During this module, you will:
    Pinpoint where grief and stress are stored in your body. Use simple somatic tools to soothe and reconnect with your physical self. Feel grounded and whole, as your mind and body work together in healing.
  • MODULE 6: Awakening Soul Center

    Accessing renewed purpose and spiritual clarity through guided visualization, journaling, and introspection.


    This powerful session teaches you to:
    Explore the inner stillness that guides you toward purpose and belonging. Use deep visualization to connect with the true center of your being. Recognize your soul's unique wisdom and find clarity about your next steps.
  • MODULE 7: Releasing Survival Patterns

    Shedding outdated coping mechanisms and harmful cycles through intentional rituals and reflective practices.


    This module focuses on helping you:
    List the unhealthy coping methods that no longer serve your growth. Let go of what’s keeping you stuck using focused and healing rituals. Step away from repetitive cycles and feel ready to grow into something new.
  • MODULE 8: Cultivating Inherent Strengths

    Rediscovering and trusting key personal strengths, building a foundation for lasting confidence and growth.


    This module is designed to help you:
    Uncover the strengths that have always been part of your story. Own those strengths and use them as the foundation for your confidence. Feel supported in taking steps forward, trusting your own capabilities.

    Embracing all parts of the self, fostering inner peace and self-compassion through integrative healing techniques.


    Together in this session we'll:
    Recognize the disconnected parts of yourself that have felt fragmented. Use deep visualization to connect with the true center of your being. Feel whole and at peace with who you’ve become through the healing process.
  • MODULE 10: Designing Meaningful New Life

    Imagining and planning for a purposeful future aligned with the authentic self and clear goals.


    In this session, you'll focus on:
    Clarify your vision for what a meaningful future looks like to you. Break down next steps into practical, actionable goals you can achieve. Feel the excitement and readiness to move forward into a life of purpose.
  • MODULE 11: Integrated Empowerment

    Sustaining progress through empowerment practices, accountability, and supportive community connections.


    After working through this session, you will:
    Commit to daily practices that lock in the changes you’ve worked so hard for. Build relationships with peers who will uplift and encourage your journey. Feel empowered to continue growing within a supportive, lasting community.
  • MODULE 12: Celebration & Next Chapter

    Recognizing achievements, reflecting on the journey, and stepping into a confident, purposeful new chapter.


    In this final week, you'll:
    Celebrate every step you’ve taken to rebuild and rediscover yourself. Reflect on your transformation and honor the journey you have traveled. Step into your future with confidence, clarity, and a deeper purpose.
